It ended up reminding me of a lot of my fight night encounters on as tough as I could make it, using Whitaker vs Hearns. Jab jab jab, not letting my hands go too much because of the instant knockdown threat. Didn't help that it was extremely hard to get up after more than one knockdown. Bring back dpad and tapping buttons. I think I'm the clear winner then it is revealed that Hearns won by 5 points. Golovkin did much better than that.

I've watched it twice now. I think Golovkin won live and when I watched it again. Very impressed with Canelo. Fair play to him. Feel gutted for Golovkin because I think he won both of them. I do want to see a part 3 and I don't. Part of me has that old gunslinger coming back fantasy, One last hit in him but I thought Canelo would win fight 2 after the first fight, then I changed my mind after the whole thing. I don't know if I can see Golovkin beating Canelo now. That's why I don't want it. But forgetting about my bias, if it does happen again then I'm watching.

And I was arguing that GGG's dominance in the second half of the fight against Canelo was superior to that of Ward's whimsical comeback against Kovalev which people such as yourself laud over.
