Calzaghe would've thrashed him. Collins opted to retire instead.

Collins / Calzaghe was done but Collins got injured and retired. Eubank stepped in.

He did not get 'injured' he got knocked out by Howard Eastman in sparring.

Who on earth said he was the greatest super middle of all time ? I hope i missed the sarcasm there.

McCallum , Kalambay and Reggie Johnson beat him. Roy Jones would have slaughtered him. Joe Calzaghe would have slapped him around for 12 rounds.

Eubank and Benn were past their best when they met Steve Collins.

Was it ? Jesus Christ i thought he pulled out of the Calzaghe fight because of it ? So what fight did he pull out of due to Eastman knocking him out then ? Jesus Christ i can't wait to hear

I agree. Both slap him silly!

He made a career out of wins over a past it Eubank and Benn. In their prime both would have ****ed him up.

Kind of. In 1999 came back to fight Jones. He booked a warm up fight and planned to fight Calzaghe in his next fight & then Jones. Then he collapsed in sparring.

Like the other 2 that you mentioned,McCallum decisioned him.The same McCallum that knocked out Michael Watson, who,in HIS previous fight just before McCallum, knocked out Nigel Benn.
