It probably went quite a bit better in real life for him.

The same guy that dropped the granite chinned James Toney and had him hurt worse than any other fighter in his near 30 year career spanning from Middleweight to Heavyweight?

The guy that scrambled Michael Watsons’ brains with one punch?

I’d favor both Johnson and Eubank over Briscoe, too.

Only difference is Toney WON where Collins got outboxed AND outslugged by a boxer who isn't a puncher.
And no Toney wasn't close to getting stopped but COLLINS was.
I believe if I'm not mistaken KEVIN WATTS Dropped Collins as well.
Collins came back from the USA as a mildy successful boxer who couldn't get over the hurdle.
He tried to box but really wasn't that successful so he turned himself into a brawler with a good chin and good stamina.
Sumbu who was a 100 years old BEAT Collins and he had no legs left to move.
All this BS crap about how Jones "ducked" Collins is laughable. They weren't in the same league as fighters. Roy would have CRUSHED Collins inside of 7 rounds and rather easily.
Collins beat an over the hill Eubank and a Benn who was beyond done. Those two boxers went thru WARS in the ring YEARS before they met Collins.
And yet Collins STRUGGLED with Eubank.
Bennie steamrolls Collins inside of ten.

Yawn..:doesn’t matter, because they’re all better than Briscoe.
