I agree.. When Steve Cunningham had the Title he been called out Tarver.. But Tarver was making Excuses... Now that Steve Lost.. Tarver Main Excuse is that he dont have a Title.... Who does Tarver think he is.. His lat Global fight was getting his asswhipped against Hopkins.. & before that was ROCKY..
At this stage of his career - Tarver will avoid most dangerous fighers and try to cash out with a Klitschko fight. Even though he's won his last couple of fights - he's living off his name just like Jones & Toney. Can't blame him for cashing out - but don't talk **** - when you never intended on backing it up to start with.
