USS by UD, glad to see he's gotta fight, hopefully he'll keep busy this year, win that ibf strap, unify, would love to see him fight Green or Flores or anyone. He's a likable guy that's fought in some exciting bouts (Huck, Adamek) is a truly likable and great guy, heck even him vs Hopkins or Dawson I think would be great.
i wonder if godfrey can sort out his style, sort out his conditioning, and finally deliver? once upon a time he looked a bit talent. he has the punch, and cunningham can be hurt, so who knows? (admittedly cunningham has good recovery and fitness, which helps). cunningham is a very good fighter. surely cunningham has seen better days, though? he's fought lots of world class fighters, rothmann, jones, braithwaite, wlod twice, kelvin davis...the loss to adamek was punishing. is there a chance for godfrey? i wouln't mind seeing a new face come through. it's possile that cunningham - an effective fighter - doesn't really make for good fights vs anyone apart from adamek. a fresh face who can punch, and can get the interest of TV back in the cruisers would be positive. clearly, it's a lot to ask of godfrey, but...
