Campillo is back on rhythm, landing right hooks and left uppercuts while cutting a wide swath around Murat. Campillo lands a southpaw 1-2. Murat lunges in with a right to the body and gets punished with several slaps about the head on the way in and out. Left hand right hook combo by Campillo. Murat is getting tattooed from outside. Lefts and rights poured in by Murat as he drives his way in. Campillo's head is rocked aside by a high left hook as he's backed to the ropes! Campillo jogs away. CLIPPING LEFT HOOK BY MURAT from the outside, not even needing to home in on Campillo to land now. Big left hook again! Campillo hooks back at him but his punches are much lighter.

The 9th and 10th were desperately close to stolen rounds for Murat, but in all honesty his good punches were too far and few between in both.


He IS shifting the momentum, though.

 

Round 11

Lead lefts by Campillo, spiking Murat against the ropes. Body hook by Campillo before dancing outside to allow Murat some space. Right jab by Campillo. Murat slaps up with a left hook but it isn't one of those powerfully turned over ones he was catching Campillo with earlier. Campillo is jittery, bouncing on his toes in short bobs. Right upper-hook and a looping 1-2 by Campillo. Murat makes his stand, pushing Campillo to the ropes with short straight piston combos. Campillo slaps back at him with the right hook and starts to land the right jab. Right uppercut by Campillo!! Left uppercut! Murat is hurt! Murat is on the ropes. He leans against them and slingshots himself forward with a right hand. Murat is tired and hurt. Campillo slaps him with a right hook across the jaw. Campillo shrivels back with his arms crossed as Murat pounds him.

Round 12

Jabs by Murat. Campillo dances outside. Lead left by Campillo. Murat advances two steps at a time, stopping and warily eying Campillo and barely able/willing to hold his arms up on the outside. Long poking shots by Campillo, raining light jabs and lefts that just miss or tickle Murat's hairline. Murat gets inside and lands a left hook, now a body shot, and another left hook upstairs. Campillo rolls with the shots, side to side, throwing right and left uppercuts. Big right hook by Campillo! Murat is back on the ropes! Murat comes back and lands a left hook! CAMPILLO IS ON ***** STREET! Murat slams him with hooks and hard rights!! Campillo is in big trouble!! A right hand to the abs hurts Campillo and forces him to exhale sharply while staggering back to bounce off the ropes. Murat waves to the crowd while he should be going for the kill. Murat flurries!! Campillo survives!


The bell rings, and Murat makes his way to the ropes and drapes himself over the top one. DEAD tired.
