Forbes was recently in Canelo's gym, as a sparring partner to prep for "that other Sugar". :good

 

This undercard is looking weaker and weaker. I don't see a night of fireworks on tap.

Forbes looked horrible in his last two verses Karim Mayfield and Jo Jo Dan. Easy fight for Vargas IMO. I think Gomez fight was 50-50, This is 95-5.

here's the video I'm talking about. Forbes is kickin it in Floyd's gym the day Vargas was there too. oh and Mayweather is a better fighter than bruce lee

 

This is an awful fight. Forbes is beyond shot. He's 3-7 in his last 10, and 1-3 in his last four with one of those losses coming to a scrub, and was knocked out for the first time in his career his last fight.

 

Forbes is done!!! At their peaks Forbes was a little better than Gomez but now? hell no. Still glad they got someone in such short time.

@ the last live workout? Ah, didn't see him. Not surprising though. He is tight with the whole family. In fact, he is maybe the only person over the last several years who at any given time has been on cool terms with everybody: big Flour, little Floyd, Rog, and Jeff.

He is practically "Lil Coz Stevie Mayweather".

Can't remember the last time I had seen Forbes in the ring. He's very crafty so it will be interesting to see if Vargas will impress or if Forbes will make him look like a fool.
