If Dustin Nicoles is in, Wilder will participate IMO.

Yes, very true. All I'm saying is it's another new deal to negotiate.

I could see guys like Fres Oquendo, Manuel Charr, Alexander Ustinov, Christian Hammer, Kubrat Pulev, and Hughie Fury participating. If they don't mind guys failing drug tests days before events, I'm sure Povetkin and Ortiz will enter. It would be perfect for Ortiz, because he would be guaranteed some action.

As far as the reigning champs, Joshua is a money-making machine. He's not entering any tournaments. Hearn would never do that. I don't see Wilder or Parker entering it either. Wilder will likely be won over by Hearn by next year. Joshua-Wilder is a mega fight. Not a tournament fight.

Parker's team won't let him enter a tournament where he couldn't pick his opponent. He's barely hanging on to his belt by a thread as it is.

Still, it would be nice for the tournament to basically rid the sport of some hangers' on and deliver some legit recognized contenders for the top guys to fight.

Hearn brought this up a few days ago in a interview. Basically said it would take an astronomical figure to get AJ involved simply because of what AJ earns per fight now.
