Most know about Johansson but Hamas was more of an obscurity. From Passaic, New Jersey he took the nickname the “ Passaic Pounder. “ His career spanned from February of 1930 to March of 1935 during which time he compiled a record of 34-4-2-26. He was stopped only once in the last fight of his career by a peaking Max Schmeling but not before beating Max once in a prior fight along with also getting wins over Tommy Loughran x2, Lee Ramage and Art Lasky. He stood 6’1”.5 and his prime weight ranged from 186-191 making him comparably sized to Johansson.

I think this is a good match personally.

Need to see more of Hamas. I know he beat Schmeling once via decision but got battered senseless by Schmeling in the rematch. But if he had enough skill to decision a decent version of Schmeling, it's not out of the question that he can defeat Ingo.
