Steve Smoger: "I wouldnt have taken the 2 points off Khan"

I don't really care about the decision. It's the action that I'm interested in, and Khan had a really close fight and showed some worrying holes in his game.

That is far more critical than whether or not he should've had points deducted or not.

 

Khans an idiot for pushing but the ref should also have said something to Peterson for having his head in khans face alot. I watched the fight 3 times it was so good and khan does have a point about the head even if it was unintentional.

 

He still did it all what he dus know, he was a bloody good un before hand. but roach improved him in some departments, i agree df.
But khan is another ballgame,he is good but not superduper good as some think

 

I don't think it would somehow. Sounds like a bit of a stretch.

the only thing I would add to that is that Team Khan's screaming robbery has left a really bitter taste in my mouth. At first I gave them leeway because the comments were being made in the heat of moment. But all the same I was worried at the time because Amir seemed to only care about the officials performance rather than the clear flaws he showed in the fight. But now with his incessant winging I hope he doesn't learn and make the required refinements and Lamont spanks him in the rematch.

 

Yeah, I hope he gets sparked soon.
