seen him make his debut in ireland , wasnt too impressed but he was only just gone 17 i think

 

He's rubbish. They made him out to be amazing, he's a cocky ****ing twat and he's ****. Typical Ingle fighter, hands low, switch-hitting and unorthodox but he doesn't do it well. Got chucked around by that pre-pubescent Latvian and had to get up off the canvas 5 times as a result (no KD's though)

 

i watched him last night and the Ingles are right

He really is 'Super bad'

He needs a lot of work he was more 'super shite' then anything last night. It was literally one of the worst fights i've ever seen- ever.

 

He looked **** last night. He was doing a Naz routine...problem is he had none of the natural timing Naz had. He barely landed a clean punch all night, he could be the hardest puncher around but he never landed ****. He kept loading up power shots and telegraphing them. Then he'd overextend, and fall over looking like a clown. This happened at least 4 times over 4 rounds.

He's really young though, so you never know...might develop into a good domestic fighter.

 

I don't rate him at all. He will get sparked soon.

He needs to try be a little more orthodox and not just try be the next Naz... he is still very young, could develop and improve

 

Another Naz clone outta the ingle camp. Hes young but needs tons of work, it was a horrible fight to watch because of barnes constent lunging in and missing badly. At the moment doesnt warrent any hype, but time will tell

 

Anyone think that his Dad was having far too much to say for himself in the corner? I noticed after one round Dominic Ingle was talking to him and his Dad was chatting into his ear at the same time.

 

Not the greatest tv debut that.The kid really wanted to impress but failed.Should'nt be to hard on the boy though. Prefight change-room interveiw was class. His dads a ****in loon.Apparently living in the woods for a week with nothing but a flint makes you rock hard.....dick.
Sometimes the Ingle's put too much emphasis on being a showman. Your a fighter first.

 

hasn't this kid heard of the jab...whats it with all theses naz clone's...the style hes adopting you need speed and agility which this kid doesn't have.junior saeed will be making his debut against this latvian ...junior will take him out.

I remember your thread about Saeed the other month watched little bits of him he aint' bad mate i think he's better then Barnes if he improves in certain areas i mentioned in that thread but the kids not bad where as Barnes looked like another fake Naz.

 

This could well have been the worst pro fight I have ever seen. Novice or otherwise. You couldn't even call it boxing, I've seen primary school playground scraps with more style than that.

I've got enough repect for Brendan ingle to take notice when he says a kid is going to go all the way, but he must see something I don't in that lad.

as for barnes,jeez he were shite,looked like a kickboxer gone wrong,the ingles need to go back to the drawing board with this lad,theres better novice amateurs than him:bbb
