Everyone here knows I've been telling everyone from the start that Seagals the real deal. He's not an MMA fighter but he is quite possibly the most legit MA
    actor in history

Thing about Seagal is that he is a master of Tactics. One of his strategy is to shoot someone from afar while hes asleep lol. How the **** can you beat that.

Hes a weapons expert as well, James Berkley (Steves disciple) told me that he can go into a hardware store build a bomb put it in your car and have lunch while watching you explode.

Seriously, Chucks too small. I mean look at Seagals hands and how fast he is. Keep in mind that hes very much out of shape.

  11. It's kind of interesting seeing the interaction of an abstract philosophical martial artist and an athlete who uses it to compete against the best.

I noticed Seagal pointed out machida should pivot to the side more. One thing unique to lyotos style is he rushes forward and back in probably a karate concept, no doubt it would **** up your head as his opposition but I guess he wasn't fast enough for Shogun.

His concepts for setting up strikes seems like it may be a good compliment to what Lyoto already does in controlling distance. How to take advantage, what sorts of strikes and moves to look for, from different ranges and angles seems to be what Seagal was talking to Lyoto about.

I think he is right about changing up what he should do, but the techniques he was showing, like a whipping backfist and open handed strikes to the throat are probably not the best techniques to use in MMA :p.

Neither is throwing a leg kick when someone is already assaulting your head. Maybe moving sideways, throwing a low kick to set up punches is an idea.. But the context of what was shown on the footage isn't really fair I guess.

I just hope James isn't like BruceLee disciples because they tend to sex things up a bit.

I know that Seagal is an expert marksman. I saw it on Lawman :)

Actually Steves disciples are some of the most knowledgable teachers of MA. Theyre quite the opposite, ones who doesnt believe in all that chi crap. Theyre frankly more interested in military combat, short firearms, strategy and real street fighting. I helped James out with a great book (one of the greatest MA book) The book of dignity by karasuma kentaro (pen name). He dictated I typed lol. If you want a book decribing what true MA is, get it. It can actually save your life lol. Seriously

I think its online. You can read the preface to just get a glimpse that its not your ordinary MA book.
