Stevens, after knocking out Saul Roman: "Oooooh! Golovkin gon' get caught just like that though, word to muva, hahaha..." :rofl Stevens playing the heel on TV, his delivery was hilarious. And then they made the fight. Seriously though, the sport needs more of that and less bull**** like "the fight doesn't make sense right now..." and "no one knows who he is..." (as if anyone knows who the f*ck YOU are). Also, I think this fight (Golovkin-Stevens) is somewhat better than advertised, though I do expect it to end early. Stylistically, I think Stevens has a better chance than Macklin did. Macklin really had no way to win. Stevens at least brings power and hand speed.
Golovkin should beat Stevens without any real problems. Just because you call out a boxer does not mean you will win, but anything can happen in boxing, such as crooked judges and referees. Golovkin is much quicker, hits even harder, much better defense, moves better, etc. 350 amateur fights helps!!!
