Cloud is usually a slow fighter, taking the first few rounds to adjust and find mistakes his opponent is making...but in this fight i think that he will come on really strong right off the first bell, just like in the cloud/woods fight in round 1...he came out strong and set the pace for the fight early.

Adonis on the other hand, i see him starting this fight slow and cautious, similar to the way he did in the boone 2 fight and the dawson fight, like i think he will be cautios to not get clipped, just like he learned in the boone 2 fight to not make that mistake again...and in the dawson fight, he was on the back foot the whole time trying to keep distance while looking for the counter, which he threw while off the back foot and didnt put his full weight into it..

Cloud was talking at the press conference saying that adonis never fought nobody, and he is just a nobody who made the most of his chance in the dawson fight...which makes me think he is just taking stevenson a little bit more serious than dawson, but not much more. at the same time everytime they had a face off or talking ****, i found cloud to be quite speachless and have a not so confident look in his eyes..

The way i see this fight going is cloud will start early and very strong, adonis will keep distance and try and box for the first few rounds...about round 4-6 is when i think stevenson will pick up the pace and keep cloud on the defensive with body shots and just keep cloud thinking and not punching, ive seen when cloud gets hit sometimes he just stands there like a deer in headlights, thinking what to do, lol. so i think that either stevenson might catch cloud and either ko or tko by ref stoppage in the rounds 4-8...but maybe he takes it 12 and and descisions cloud.

i dont see cloud winning this, i mean i think he has a punchers chance to ko stevenson, just like any fighter who gets the lucky perfectly times shot in...but i just dont see it...if he does i will be much more shocked than seeing bute tko by froch

The Dawson that Stevenson faced just fought Ward and dropped 7 lbs in order for the fight to happen and had to go back up to his natural weight of 175lbs in their fight with Adonis, which took a toll on his body. In addition to this, Dawson simply has a glass chin which shattered from a shot that didnt even land that cleanly (Stevenson's left cross landed more on the ear area than on the chin area). Cloud has none of these disadvantages and is a strong puncher himself, Stevenson isnt the greatest boxer out there, when push comes to shove, he still relies on his punching power to bail him out. so I think this fight is up for grabs. And regarding Bute's KO loss against Froch, that wasnt much of a surprise to me since Bute fought nobodies up to that point...just a win against Glen "the road warrior dinosaur" johnson and another shameful win against Andrade during their first fight after a "20" second count by the hometown ref....:-(

Stevenson has no reason to come out slow and catious. If hes still hungry after sparking Dawson then cloud gets put on his ass as well

when you got a bull comming at you, best thing to do is play matador...and thats how i think this will play out, cloud will be the bull, always putting pressure, with a fast and strong start, adonis the matador will wait to catch cloud on a mistake,

if you watch adonis fights, you will see that he is a counter puncher...i find he has very good ring generalship, but very bad foot work...adonis naturally is a flat footed fighter, if you notice the small things, you will see that most of the time his feet are planted, the foot work he does the most is just bobbing up and down on his feet, this is where i think he need alot of work.

but cloud to me is just a gate keeper who was lucky enough to be champ for a bit...i mean, other than a shot woods, an old johnson, who has cloud really beaten?i mean ya sure he faced hpkins and campillo, but he lost to hopkins, and imo lost a sd/ud to campillo...

what i see in this pic, is the same look tyson used to have in his eyes during a staredown...he would stare them down in a confident menacing way, in the ring, during the stare down he would do the same, i remember seeing in a documentry that he said he would do this as pure intimidation, and the second he seen the other fighters stare break, he knew he had him, he knew he put the fear in his eyes...when your not sure of yourself, you can commit many errors.

but im not saying adonis is tyson, far from it, tyson for me is legend...but i can tell in that stare down that he has that same look, and cloud wont even look him in the eyes!

I have to give it to Stevenson, he busted Cloud up pretty badly, beat him much more impressively than B-Hop, Cloud had no gameplan once he felt Adonis' punches, Kovalev-Stevenson after Stevenson gets past Belleew :deal

i think we will probably see 3 more fights before the kovalev/stevenson fight takes place...its just a matter of money
