Stevenson-Fonfara on Showtime?

Eventuall B-Hop or Adonis will have to fight Kovalev. If they manage to avoid him ... we need to rally and get a governing body in to Boxing.

 

There is an unwritten order amongst the good American, morally awake LE to make sure Adonis faces Justice...Al Haymon becomes small very small...if he decides to stand against the covert deep seated desire of every morally awake L.E. Longest reach in the world...You don't mess with justice :nono

Haymon is not naive to lose all for his big baggage side ***** Adonis. By now all L.E. in every zipcode know who Adonis Superbitch is, I promise you...Kovalev is the best fight :deal

How funny would it be if Kovalev fought Pascal, thus ruining a Stevenson-Pascal fight?

 

I'd love to see that. Thats the fight Kovs should get next. After this weekends fight with Ag-who. Pascal might be a pretty good fight for Kovs. Maybe 6-8 rounds of work. But no one's going to "beat him up". Not for a long time. Someone may eventually run away from him, and outpoint him, or wear him down .. but no one will beat him up. No one.

 

The thing is, if you've listened and read everything Stevenson said in the boxing media since the Dawson knockout, he's out to get Hopkins. He'll entertain a whoever-the-fukk fight, be it Kovalev or someone else, for as much money as he would get fighting Hopkins in Montreal.

What people on this forum don't know is the jealousy aspect of the Stevenson/Pascal cold shoulder relationship. Ever since Stevenson knocked out Dawson, Pascal has held a grudge against Stevenson for the attention he's got as a result of the knockout. Pascal is very bitter about it. The last time Pascal and Stevenson were on friendly terms, it was the Stevenson-Savage fight where Pascal actually walked up to the ring with Stevenson. Since then, Stevenson has been on his own.

Stevenson wants to beat Hopkins to rub it in Pascal's face. He doesn't give two shits about Kovalev. The man in town (Montreal) is Stevenson, and he wants to bury Pascal's win over Bute by beating the only man who humiliated Pascal - Bernard Hopkins.

This makes no sense whatsoever.

1- Pascal trashes Kovalev to the point where he thinks Kov is a nobody.

2- Stevenson and Pascal will never fight, that would be promotional suicide for GYM.
