    Everyone is guilty in that. The WBC, Al Haymon, Yvon Michel, Stevenson & Alvarez.

    You want to fight someone else instead of your mandatory ? Ok, give him a step aside money, but if the mandatory accept the step aside fee, he should lose his #1 spot in the rankings then, if not enforce your position and fight the champion. It's not that hard, right ?
