I dislike Stevenson but to say he loses to Brahmer is silly, it could be tough but you have to favour Adonis. I would pick Pascal, Kovalev and Beterbiev over him but he has all the tools to beat all three.

 

Come on man, Beterbiev was just put on his ass by some bum from Kansas, how can u justify having him ahead of Adonis?

I don't like him either, but he has enough skill, coupled with his speed and brutal power to beat anyone at LHW.

Adonis has brutal power with the left hand, and speed, fine, but his skill is lacking. Staying out at range biding your time until you can spam the left hand isn't exactly master class boxing. When actually faced with a highly skilled boxer (like a Hopkins, or Ward) or with a dangerous stalker like Kovalev or Beterbiev, his lack of "skills" will show clear.

His right jab and hook are non-factors, and his left cross, while powerful, isn't very intelligently set up. He just shoehorns it on in when he sees an opening, and spends the rest of his time circling away over-cautiously. (that isn't boxing)

The hatred people have for Stevenson is blinding them from the truth. We already know Kovalevthegoat/IB/Unleashthefury are notoriously known for disliking him and have no objectivity when it comes to them because of what he did IRL. I know where they're coming from. He's a real scumbag irl but in the ring, he's absolutely a beast.

 

The Fonfara fight showed that Stevenson has glaring flaws.
