Interesting I didn’t know this.. I always assumed since Yvon had both Beterbiev and Alvarez that he wanted one of those guys to beat Adonis since he was losing a lot of money on him.. I knew it had to be Haymon and Adonis that was blocking it because for Yvon it just didn’t make financial sense to keep fighting the Karpencys of the world while paying Adonis 2 to 3 million.. It all makes sense in what Alvarez was saying and why Beterbiev is trying to get out of his contract.. Damn the Haymon situation was like accepting a loan from the Italian mafia in its heyday..
