The question here is how on earth do you rate Stevenson as somehow "more proven"?

 

Stevenson broke an agreement with HBO to fight Kovalev, he ran to Showtime to avoid fighting Kovalev for a reason, he is afraid and tonight showed us why. Kovalev has pretty good defense and offense. Stevenson knows that Kovalev would knock him out and it shows..............

 

I hate Stevenson, but he's right. He has more legit competition on his resume than Kovalev at this point with Dawson and Cloud as scalps.

 

Kovalev has not been tested. He's being judged right now on the bums he's beat.
