stevenson thinking about a REMATCH with fonfara

    Oh no I wasn't trying to imply those fights back then are an indication of how one now between them would pan out. It was more just a bit of trivia. I'd actually quite like to see them go at it again now. Rodriguez certainly can bang a bit and he's also pretty skillful too. I think he's much better suited to 175 than he was at 168 as well. He's a big guy and I heard he had serious problems making weight for the Ward fight. To be honest, I wouldn't be that surprised if he sprung the upset against Stevenson.

    But to be fair to Stevenson (and I'm fairly loathe to do so lol), seeing as it's the season of good will and all, Rodriguez might have been much younger but by the same token Stevenson didn't have as an extensive amateur career as Rodriguez did though. He finished up with a 33-5 record to Rodriguez's 84-9.

    I didn't really follow the Skoglund v Johnson match, it was so boring. But damn if Skoglund got a gift against him, then he must really be screwed. Those Scandinavian prospects will never go far as long as they have german coaches..
