Stevenson vs Cloud who should I bet on?

hey man...just pokin ya with a stick, lol..but i did see you make your mind up on stiverne and stevenson..both of which happen to be 2 of quebecs top pro boxers..but i guess when you see them live and see them train live...you get a much better idea of who they are as a boxer..and how good they are...

stiverne is a really great fighter, much greater than most ppl think, the problem with him is not his skills, but his motivation, he is the type of boxer that will only put up enough effort that is needed to win the fight, he is also somewhat of a chessplayer, taking his time, i think this is in part to not gas out in the later rounds, imo he could loose 15 lbs, it would do him good

as for stevenson, ive watched both him and pascal for long time, and they are both very good, the main difference between the 2...pascal has an iron chin, stevenson has much more power and a good snap to his punch, also stevenson dont gas after 6, pascal does..



the big difference for me in this fight, is cloud is a slow starter, and im almost 99% sure he will start too quick trying to dictate the fight and maybe catch adonis early..watching him in the press con yesterday he said a few things that kind of gave hint towards him trying to get an early start...so i think he will do this, and be out of his comfort zone of feeling out the opponent for a bit...adonis is actually vry cautios in the first few rounds, but isnt afraid to bang...

against dawson, stevenson was on his back foot the whole time while dawson pressed forward with the jab trying to keep adonis on the outside, but when adonis caught him with the big counter, adonis threw that huge ko punch off his back foot off balance..

to be honest, i dont see cloud as having more power than boone, and i dont see him being more "durable" than george(but thats very debateable), but i do see cloud being a better boxer than both...thing is...dawson was a much better boxer than all these guys and it didnt make a difference..

the best thing cloud has going for him is the fact he has never been ko(or even down if i recall correctly)..

the way i see it, this fight either goes ko for adonis, or adonis make cloud look like arreola did against stiverne..

i see cloud as nothing more than a very good gate keeper that got a lucky chance when he won his title...but other than hopkins and campillo...who has cloud really fought?

Had a feeling since this fight was made that Cloud will pull it off, the Dawson fight was over too quickly to really take much from it other than the fact Stevenson has KTFO power, but his chin isn't the best in the world and I get the feeling he's most dangerous in the first 4 rounds.

Think Cloud will survive a few early scares and come on to chin Adonis in the middle rounds of the fight.
