Stevenson vs Gvozdzyk judges scorecards

Good thing gvodsyk finished him, it would have been a tragedy if he was robbed

 

Two scores within reason, and one way out of line. Stevenson was about to come away with another lucky draw if Gvodzyk didn't KO him.

 

Except for the 92-98 card (by the way, that judge is not just from Canada, he's from Quebec, Canada) I don't think the scorecards were too bad.
The referee should have called a knockdown in the third round. But also in the 10th round as well, most probably (saved by the ropes?), so that was kind of an equalizer.

 

Was it Dan Raph?

I gave 3 rounds to Adonis at best. Luckily he got KTFO.

98-92 is borderline criminal.

 

Yeah Gvodzyk clearly knocked Stevenson down in that round, and I also felt the ref should have ruled a knockdown, as Gvodzyk was literally knocked into the ropes, only to bounce off and sling shot back to his feet. lol. Had his angle been different, he would have went right through them and out of the ring.

 

Horrible. I'm glad this came out. These are absolutely horrible. Fortunately the fight was taken out of the judges hands.

 

The knockdown not scored in the 3rd round was the most obvious non-scored knockdown I've ever seen. Adonis got countered and fell down immediately.

The 10th round knockdown should have been ruled too but at least Gvozdyk felt against the ropes and these situations may be subjective and arguable.

 

Happens the same night as Fury vs Wilder but doesn't spawn half a dozen **** the corrupt USA threads. A Canadian, an Italian, a Mexican, and a Brit turn in awful scores and we're the one's they blame.

 

Just watched this bout...shocking scorecards. Everyone who screamed "Robbery" at the Fury-Wilder fight needs to watch this bout. Gvodzyk dominated most of the rounds, not just sticking his tongue out and feinting like Fury did but by PUNCHING STEVENSON in the face.
The early non-called KO was insane...CLEARLY The Nail hit The Pimp with a quick, strong right hand. Also the 10th round non-called knockdown was crazy.

First time I've seen The Nail and I was very impressed. Great head, hands and feet movement. Great defence. Took out The Pimp when he got him hurt. I'm looking forward to see him in further fights. It helps that he speaks very good English.

I chuckled a little bit reading the "punching him in the face" part. It's one thing to rob a guy when he out dances a guy in a technical fight. But to rob a guy who just keeps punching the other dude hard is laughable. Are these guys going to even try and cover up the corruption?
