Sounds like Adonis wants no part of Kovalev

He said he wants a vacation, then either Froch or Hopkins, and then IF the money is right he'll THINK about Kovalev

Hopefully he's pressured into the fight

What a great fight. It's in HBos hands now.

Ya Kovalev needs to be made his mandatory or be stripped. He also seems to want to fight the winner of Bute and Pascal.

Kovalev knocks him out cold; shatters that glass jaw.

I wouldn't blame him if he's scared of Kovalev.

I voted Kovalev but I see it as a very dangerous fight for both, either one can win.

Lets be honest Stevenson may have just burst onto the scene this year but he is 36. Money wise, the legacy's of both Hopkins and Froch would more than likely be worth the most money. If he can fight Froch at Super Middleweight which you would expect it to be at that weight due to it being a perfect weight for Froch I can see Stevenson being vulnerable as we seen he can be hurt. But I also can see after Saturday Stephenson picking Froch off with his movement all night.

I believe he would destroy Hopkins and don't think Hopkins would want anything to do with it.

Kovalev clearly has more power, there's no way Bellew would have lasted that long against him. On the other hand we have never seen Kovalev's chin tested, it is a ****ing massive chin though!

Same. Adonis is the better boxer, Kovalev would be exposed.

Yes I can see that and everyone else can as well. Best 3-4 rounds of boxing between those two.:ko

Ya but for how long can Stevenson just box without doing what he does best and trade, but this time against someone who is better at it then he is. :bbb

i feel the same, i feel kovalev has the advantage from the get go and fast start...and adonis dont seem to like to fight on the inside...which is what sergey does best.....but sergey also likes to come forward and attack, stevenson loves to counter, as you can see tonight if the other guy isnt looking to come at hime adonis can look confused at times...

so yes i give kovalev the advantage, but styles make fights, and adonis has the style to catch kovalev with the big left...have not seen kovalev really tested so i dont know how he stands up and takes it...but if he gets on the inside he ends it....i think adonis has a good chance but for now give this to kovalev

i can see why adonis is ducking kovalev...it has to do with age and longevity more than anything...he needs $..he still hasnt touched a big payday yet, not like anything pascal and bute made.....pascal cashed in BIG with bhop...twice!....if hbo can give adonis 2 big payday fights in 2014 then end of 2014 he will fight kovalev.......this was GYM and stevensons plan from the start...ive said it for a few months now
