kovalev stevenson......would be CRAZY if it went to decision...i think if it did chances are it would be fight of the year and everyone would want a trilogy, lol...

to be honest, i think the next BEST fight for kovalev is pascal...i think this would be a GREAT matchup and pascal has a granite chin....i think this might go 12 rounds...really showing us what kovalev is made of...

as for stevenson vs kovalev...i think it would be best to wait a bit..simple reasons..stevenson only filled 8000 seats...not quite like pascal or bute who can filll 16000 seats...kovalev isnt quite well known, not to fill the stadium atleast...so i dont think a kovalev-stevenson fight fills the seats regardless of where the fight is held or how big the arena is...even though it would be the best fight to make today ...financially it dont make much sense...i think they will wait and i think that they will try and push a world wide ppv with this one...if they can get the fame of each boxer up high...

but for now i think best os for kovalev to face pascal...a huge name, and biggest test on kovalevs record for sure...

and for stevenson im not sure....he needs to fight someone with a pulse, not like bellew...but someone who will make the fight exciting and test stevenson...i still think don george put on the best performance against him...and when he was hurt he sluggd back and almost caught stevenson....

Kovalev is Russian so obviously grew up fighting bears.

Kovalev by KO in what would be a brilliant 3 or 4 rounds of boxing.

 

The power is with Kovalev , but im not sure he can land on stevenson , a very underated defence.

 

Stevenson would be smart to wait.
He can fight Bute,Froch,or hopkins and win most likely.
A fight with Kovalev is a for sure hard fight and very possibly a loss by KO.
If I were Kovalev I would forget Stevenson and start calling out Ward.
If he can land a fight with Ward and win he will be a star overnight!!!!
