right now, the only guy to do it is Kovalev. Pascal is too infrequent with his attacks and too open for shots to cause Stevenson problems. he'll be dictated to with the jab and have pretty much all he does shut down. then when the big left hand comes after it, Pascal will feel the burn. Stevenson would grind him down eventually for the late stoppage i feel.
Hopkins of about 5 years ago? no doubt he'd play with Stevenson. but not now. no way. Bernard is far too slow and easy to hit for someone like Adonis. Bernard would find himself hurt, and on the floor a few times before Adonis finished him off brutally in what would be one sided pretty much from the get go. Bernard is just too old these days. if the fight comes off, you'll see. but if Bernard swerves Adonis, you'll know why he wants nothing to do with the man.
Kovalev would knock Stevenson out and Stevenson knows it. HBO had that fight lined up and agreed on, but Stevenson did not want to fight Kovalev, so he ran to Showtime.........................however, SOB Ward is running from Stevenson at 175 or even 168................
Stevenson ducked Kovalev, which means he fears him. He is chinny so alot of fighters have a chance, like Boone did, to ice him.
