He looked decent in there tonight, but talk of a British title in next 6 months is ridiculous

 

You have Jon Lewis dickinson,Danny Price ,Chris Burton good fights in the future i belive Danny Price beat him many time in the ams

 

very impressed with big stevie tonight thought he controlled the fight well with the jab and kept a good work rate. I dont think the talk of a british title in six months is rediculous because in six to nine months there is going to be about five cruisers with the same experance as stevie all knocking at the door of the british title which is good for british boxing

 

simmons did ok tonight vs a very decent journeyman who did come to fight.

the good....went 6 rounds easy , his footwork at cutting off the ring was good , the jab was very strong , right hand was fine also

needs work on - throwing more hooks to body and head , seemed to be all jab and right hand , needs more variation , no head movement at all

still only his 3rd fight , he should be talking about british title level in 18 months time not 9 months.

 

good performance by Simmons, he hits the weights the weights alot down at thompsons gym,i wonder how that plays out in his performance

 

So you think hooks to the body against a smaller guy is good do you?:huh
