This is utterly untrue. Wlad does wait too long to open up. But, almost always he finishes his opponent. Only 6 men of his 54 wins have ever seen the final bell, not many heavies can claim that kind of KO %.

And unlike most heavies who stop getting stoppages as they reign longer and their competition is tougher, Wlad has been stopping everyone. In fact only Ibragimov (who was scared shitless) and Peter have seen the final bell since Wlad has taken over control of the division. Wlad will stop peter this time around.

I dont think Wlad has it in him to open up early in a fight anymore.
The mental scar of the Sanders fight, added to the way Steward has trained him since, mean he never commits to anything until the jab has softened the opponent up until no return fire at all coming.

Its effective, and effective should always come first, but its ****ing boring.
Wlad is a huge puncher with a questionable(at best) chin, he could be so exciting, but hes boring but effective.

You're def right. I'm glad Steward is on his ass more and wanting him to KO his opponents earlier. I really do hope we start to see a new Wlad in this next fight b/c i'd love to see a brutal KO in the early rounds.

I see this all coming to fruition. Steward is telling us what's going to happen and why it's going to happen, just in advance.

Wladimir is looking to knock Peter clean out.

Yeah, Steward has been doing that a lot lately. But this time it will be different. The current version of Peter is made for Wladimir to look spectacular against.

He's probably right. I don't think Peter has much of a shot in this fight. A puncher's chance, that's about it.
