I think PBF performed like he did to show the world, and more importantly himself, that he can still put in a defensive masterclass and to show that his legs aren't gone.
I also think he fought like he did as it is the best approach for him, considering his age. Not the best time to start getting into wars.

Doc you really can not be mad at him for adopting a style that is going to help him succeed at this advanced age.
What you can be mad at him for is not taking on the best fighters out there.

 

This style will enable him to fight longer. Also the best style to face bigger foes as well as one that would work best against Canelo. Could see why OP would dislike it:hey. But I like how he fights now best hope he continues to implement this unless he has another Gatti-Ndou-Corrales performance in him but if not thats cool too.

A person can't get mad at Floyd period because he is a man who took the skills he had and rose to the top and did it his way. What more can a man ask for than to do **** their way and rise to the top. That person might be disappointed that he didn't do it thier way but that sounds like a personal problem that they might wanna seek some help for. I would have liked for him to fight Pac but it didn't happen and I can respect that. The man is a master boxer and I enjoy seeing him unlock an opponents mind and solve the puzzle in spectacular fashion, no matter who it is. His arsenal is immense and he selects from it like a master surgeon or a commander of an aircraft carrier. He got all that ****, cruise missiles, side winders, drones, nuclear tipped warheads. It's a ****in smorgasboard Each one of his punches is thrown to get a certain response and from that , he knows what to come with next and the effect that it's gonna have.
