Obviously seen alot of groves & the rest of the super middleweight division (bute, ward, froch etc) but haven't seen/heard much of the other World title holder Stieglitz, could groves take him? or is it too early?

the reason why nobody answers in this thread is cause eastside users are ******ed *******s, fl0mos or klitschko haters, but all of them dont know jack**** about whats really going on in boxing or boxing history.
on topic: Stieglitz is a very solid, skilled fighter and to be honest I think he would beat Groves. btw I had DeGale winning the Groves fight by one point. I also think Stieglitz will or would be very competitive against Kessler (dont know if this fight is now called off or not)

Stieglitz is a classic european fighter, stands in front of you and absorbs punches most of the time; he can move well around the ring but usually against lesser skilled competition. He has a small reach for a SMW but he has skills, throws nice combinations and caries decent power (not on the level of Bute, Froch, Kessler, Abraham); he can be outgunned by heavy handed punchers (see Andrade and Berrio). If it will go for 12 rounds (without KD's) he will sweep all competitives rounds and take the decision (maybe a debatable one, not a robbery) in Germany. Groves needs to be convincing: get a couple of KD's or a KO.
But let me be clear: at this point Stieglitz has what it takes to outbox Groves but he can be TKO'ed by accumulation of punches that lands flush. On the side note, i think Abraham would probably came back from being behind and KO him after being severely outboxed. Close fight in my book, it will reveal where both boxers really stand in this division .

Stieglitz is on a nice run right now, unless Groves in his 14 fights is that good i think Stieglitz edges

Easy KO for Groves. Stieglitz is wide open for Counter-Puncher like Saint George.

I think Groves will win on points. I'm not impressed by Stieglitz but his advantage in experience could make it interesting.

Stieglitz wide UD, close decision in reality.
