    Alex Garcia, the 90s heavyweight from San Fernando, California. He was a gang member and did some time, so he started late. He never got loose; you could almost see him thinking about what to do in the ring.

    Off hand, Bobby Dykes was the stiffest I can think of.

    James J. Braddock was stiff too, IMO.
