I'm still not convinced on Froch and i'm not as impressed with Abraham either despite what the critics say.

I'm still favoring the skilled fighters over the Europeans (yes that what i'm saying) all three US fighters have been in the olympics and have medal'd ... these guys were groomed for this type of atmosphere and have superior skill over their European counterparts.

Froch is the weakest link, but Abraham isn't too far behind, and i'm going to stick with this until the semi's come around.

I think Taylor can bounce back ... and I'm sure that Dirrell will be a major player at the end of the day !!

    Thoughts !!

Dirrell vs Ward in the final. I dont think Taylor will make the last round, although he does present a different stylistic challenge to Ward, I just think he's too gun shy. As to why he barely threw a right hand agianst Abraham.

Ward will kick Taylor's ass all over the ring.

    I doubt it ...

Taylor is still a major player ... the tournament set up will benefit a guy from losing ... and considering that they all fight at different times gives a person time to get ready and prepare.

Taylor is 0-4 against White fighters of European descent ..

He's won the rest with 1 draw against everyone else.

No doubt. Right now it looks like Ward vs Abraham in the finals. Both fighters look like they know exactly what they're up to in the ring. Dirrell is skilled and fast but looks very unsure and scared to engage.

I'm sure that Taylor would beat Kessler ... and i'm sure that if that was Dirrell (minus the headbutts) he would've gotten the knockout.

Only way Taylor is bouncing back, is when his head bounces once again on the canvas after Ward KO's within 11. Stay away Taylor, no point. Theres an end to everything. Your run as an elite boxer has ended. Leave before your quality of life is ended much sooner then it should be.

if Taylor can take Ward's punch then it will be interesting and I can see him winning. Remember even in Taylors brutal KO's, he has always been competitive before he was stopped. He nearly KO'd Pavlik in the 2nd round, he also was competitive with abrahmam after the first 6 and he was easily beating froch and was only stopped with 15 seconds left.

Seriously. Why even mention Taylor in this tournament. He is as washed up as a laundromat airline.
