Anytime I train, play football, hit the gym, boxing training, running etc after about half an hour I get a stitch on each side where my kidneys are, I'm able to grind through till it goes and then I'm fine but for about five mins I can barely move with any pace and my stamina completely depletes until it passes. Any ideas on how to stop this? I've been training 3-4 times a week for the last year and whilst my fitness has improved considerably this still seems to persist.
