sounds like some good fights are on the horizon, but against wlad I don't see anyone posing much of a threat. I really hate dismissing heavyweights before they fight because in the hw division, unlike the others, one punch really does change everything, but like i said earlier I dont see anyone giving wlad much trouble.
However, there is a chance that Vlad will fight the winner for the title, it was mentioned on TV, not sure what's in the contract that would make that possible. Vitali can come back and knock the winner out anytime he wants, he gets first choice over everyone. Vitali would have knocked Stiverne out easily. Arreola had Stiverne hurt in, I think, round 8, but his broken nose cut his wind. This fight is not a sure win for Stiverne, not by any means............This should be a good fight...........................Vlad wants to fight for Vitali's title, Vlad also wants to fight Wilder ASAP, he beat Wilder from one side of the ring to the other while sparring for the Wach fight. Vlad knocked Wilder down with a jab....................
I think this time Arreola will do better. He didn't took Stiverne seriously in the first fight. This time, he has the chance to become the first mexican heavyweight champion (even if it is a paper title, Wlad should be fighting for unifying and he'll do it) He will do better, but will it be enough to win? I think there's a good probability.
I don´t buy into the motivation BS at all. Arreola himself said that he was broke a few fights before he met Stiverne in the ring. Why the **** would he be slacking then and be at his best now?
I must say what ever the Arreola fans are smoking its better than the stuff we have here in B.C. canada (and we got the best in the world) That being said Stiverne by vicious KO round 7:bbb:bbb:bbb
He was. I don't really follow the King stable...because...nothing ever happens to follow. DKP and SMS are the big-name promoters that don't actually do any promoting, just lots of shelving/wasting.
I see Stiverne winning another clear decision, maybe even a late stoppage. Arreola in the first fightshowed nothing to suggest he could compete with Stiverne let alone win. Arreola has always been over rated and was protected heavily prior to the first bout. People moan about Wilder's poor run of opposition to earn a title shot, well it's better than Quezada, Abell, Aguilera, Releford, Ahunanya, Butler, Molina and Mitchell, who Arreola has fought to earn a 2nd title chance. Despite all the talk we'll see Arreola exposed again and beaten convincingly.
Arreola would have the same record as Wilder, but Wilder would have a journeyman record if he fought the same opposition as Arreola. He avoided decent punchers like Abell, Mitchell, Walker, Wills, Witherspoon, who all got a big chance to knock out Wilder. Wilder bought his place as a mandatory, because Scott obviously took a dive. Arreola KO1 Wilder Even Seth Mitchell has a better chin than Wilder :hey
I do not know how they stay in business (well don king is old school like the bob father were he gets 110% of a fighters purse).
