How was a dhydrated Stiverne more durable than Fury? Can we get a punch stats? Does Bermane just have a better chin than Fury?
Stiverne took some heavy and devastating blows in the first fight. No idea how he survived this without getting KTFO.
Wilder couldn't dent Stiverne I can't find thec compubox on Wilder-Fury Would like to compare. I think Wilder threw over 600 punches vs Stiverne still couldn't rock him.
NO! But better chin / durability though. Although Duhaupas's durability > Stiverne's durability > Fury's durability. Duhaupas has a better defense than Stiverne too!
His recovery skills are better thanStiverne`s he would have come back from the punches that knocked Stiverne out in the 1st round because he got caught in the last round when his body was less fresh.
we don't really know, because he has only fought guys without power, washed up guys, and bums. still managed to get decked heavily at least thrice.
Stiverne is a catch and counter fighter, contrary to what people say about Stiverne, those types almost always are durable and can take shots (their entire style is based off of catching shots and firing back). Whether the shots land clean or not, they're still landing and inflicting damage. Stiverne likely has (or used to have) a better chin than Fury.
I don’t think Fury would of been dropped had he not ducked down into those punches, why does Fury do that crap, could be him showboating or something?I reckon if Fury stays tall in the rematch he won’t get dropped. Given how Wilder throws his punches he gets a lot of knockouts from behind the ear ect,can only think Stiverne avoided that as he would of gone down for sure.
Stiverne for the most part neutralized Wilder's right hand by beating Wilder to the punch with his right hook, which forced Wilder to rely on his jab, Fury on the other hand didn't do anything to make Wilder think twice about loading up with the right hand most of the fight.
According to Wilder he fractured his hand in the 3rd or 4th round in the first Stiverne fight, that maybe why Stiverne lasted the distance, Wilder couldn't throw his vaunted right hand with full power for most of the fight.
Boom.....100% right and if Fury has worked this out as he ought to have done he can beat Wilder with no dramas imo.
