Stiverne fails a drug test yet is allowed to fight Wilder but Povetkin and Ortiz can't?

Of course Wilder will jump on the opportunity of easily KTFO of "PED-free" Povetkin or Ortiz, both fighters will not be able to properly train without PEDs & will show up sore & lethargic...just like Deontay Wilder wants them

The only way to challenge Deontay Wilder is to start training you natural Heavyweights without using PEDs, this generation is failed & has no chance vs Wilder + VADA combination

You are missing the point, Deontay Wilder wants Ortiz to fail to train properly (without PEDs), the Old Cuban tried, but he relapsed & went back on PEDs

Nobody in the current heavyweight division was expecting VADA to enforce the rules & get back up from a boxing Champion, Deontay Wilder did it, so the only way to stop Deontay Wilder bigotry is to develop PED-free Natural heavyweights, who can show up vs Deontay Wilder at their peak with VADA or without VADA

Or just come up with new more foolproof ways of masking them.

It will not work with heavy users, you can mask limited PED use for Welters or restricted weight classes if you hire the right guy that can use design masking. However, at Heavyweight if you are Robust built and want to be as fast as a Welter then you have to use PEDs more regularly...The current generation are the heaviest users & VADA is surprising everyone (no one was taking this seriously), the new generation has to just avoid PEDs & if they are not naturally big enough, just diet down & come at natural great shape @ cruiser

How am I missing the point?
Both Ortiz and Povetkin failed a drug test in training for Wilder, if both Wilder and the commission would be willing to let the fight continue with the failed drug test, then both Ortiz and Povetkin would have climbed the ring aided by having trained with the aid of having used PED's during that training camp.
Stiverne having failed a PED test is from training for a fight some time back.
If he would fail a test now training for Wilder, I'm sure the commission is going to step in and not let the fight happen, just as it did with Ortiz.

Not only did my boy Stiverne failed a test a year go, but he also inexplicably forget to tell VADA that he was travelling around and missed a test too !!!

He was under mandatory testing since last year positive result.

Now imagine a guy like Ortiz or Whyte doing ish like that ? Missing a test before a Wilder fight ?

    WBC is a joke

He skipped a VADA test a couple months ago man. Thats a big no-no

And he's still mandatory for Deontay's belt

Wilder faces people his handlers feel he can beat. He never faces a threat. He's a low level gravy train

They failed the PED test, which means they were able to benefit from PEDs in training camp

Of course Stiverne knows he is not allowed to use PEDs, Stiverne is not dumb enough to end his career like that.
