:patsch How come its side show, when they generate much more money and fighters earn much more and are more famous, HW was always the most admired division but not anymore...i would love to see great HW division but we dont have it right now.

Despite what you want the midget weight classes will always be a sideshow compared to the elite HW division. Not once in the history of mankind has a young child said "you know what I want to be pop? the welterweight champ of the World when I grow up." It will never happen. Deal with it. You and your little man syndrome.

:rofl:lol::patsch First of all I'm 190 cm you idiot, but it aint big deal since Montenegro is top 3 or 4 in the world when it comes to height, but keep being ignorant:good
My favorite fighter ever is Ali and i ****ing love heavyweights BUT right now HW division aint what it used to be, to call other divisions sideshow just shows how little you know about boxing, some of the best fighters ever were not heavyweights, but you simply dont know **** about boxing.

The most prestigious title in boxing has and will always be the heavy weight championship of the world ! The sooner the division gets back to being what it was the better !

The disparity in salaries in boxing is ridiculous, which is why I believe athletes, more in particular, in the US gravitate to other professional sports. In boxing you have to be way beyond exceptional to see any money, plus have the right backing.

the point is , no human being on the planet is worth 40 million for 1 fight.
he hasnt been on "top" for 15 years either. before the DLH fight that put him on the map, he was barley filling 2000 seat arenas :patsch

On top meaning real champion, not on top earnings wise, you cant compare someone who is champion for 15 years to someone that just won paper belt. :nono
I have more problem that golfers earn big bucks just because its rich mans sport, than how much Floyd earns they are walking on grass he is fighting :thumbsup

You know I gotta admit I feel the same way about golf. But I'd also like to throw polo in there. That's a sport that u can't even practice unless you come from money, yet top players earn major bucks that they don't need cuz they already have millions.
