Just a machination by Don King to make his fighter look better after a very bad performance in a title fight.

Or Don King selling a title knowing that Bermane will leave him anyway.

Does anyone know what Don King said after the fight? About Stiverne, Wilder?

Weird thing I noticed during the weigh in was Stiverne drinking some fluids right after he weigh in. I was surprised by that and asking myself, did this heavyweight boxer cutting some weight for the weigh-in? :think (see video starting at 22:15)

Yes i noticed that too. I thought at the time it was just culture - fighter off the scales, trainer gives him juice. But watching again, it's like Stiverne is asking for it. He reaches for it when he's handed his clothes, like it's what he wants.

And as we know, there is absolutely no reason why he can't be drinking on the scales. It's very very odd.

Either a weird strategic move to get him as light as possible at any cost or a gambling thing to keep the odds more in check.

Stiverne is a lazy sack of s*** that's all. He didn't prepare properly, he thought this would be over in 2-3 rounds as he listened to all the idiots who thought Wilder would fold like a lawn chair.

Really odd as if Stiverne was cutting some weight when he still looked very fat.

His shape tells me all I needed to know. This is why boxers need to be in shape all year round not just be round

Maybe diarrhea from an abdominal influenza? In all likelyhood just an easy excuse though

if you look at stiverne vs areolla weigh in, stiverne looked in much better shape, wt the wilder weigh in, he looked flabby, like someone who over trained, and this was my worry going in to the fight...my guess is stiverne actually had a fear of wilder and though he would train extra hard thinking it would help him...you must remember for both arreola fights stiverne had ALOT of time to train and prepare....for wilder he only had a few months...for someone as active as stiverne he should know to keep in better shape year round

for those who know about training, even if you hydrate yourself, if you over train and dont give your body a chance to recuperate then you body will be in a constant dehydration.

that being said, i did pick stiverne to win, and now i will be gone for a month...:hi:

I knew I just knew an excuse will come on Stiverne side. Dehydration in a heavyweight? That's bs to say the least. Yes he lost what 5 or 5 pounds? Well Wilder lost 5 or 6 pounds which he weigh in at 219 pounds at 6'7 so if stiverne was dehydrated then so was wilder as well. This is soo disrespectful with this bs excuse.

Stiverne weigh 239 pounds in the weigh in for the arreola fight and he weigh the same weight in the weigh in vs wilder smh. You just prove what a terrible excuse from stiverne and don king with the bs dehydrated ****.
