The Stiverne from Wilder's last fight would be cannon fodder for Charr. Charr would take way longer from Deontay because he's slower and more plodding in his approach but I doubt fat and old Stiverne would see the 2nd half of the fight.
Both ain't close to top-15 but I pick Charr over THIS Stiverne. And Ustinov, too. And any of the Wilder's 5 previous defences (as weak as they were) I'd pick over current Stiverne.
