I have little doubt that Wilder will be knocked out, early and brutally. If stiffs like Dustin Nichols and Harold Sconiers can put this fraud on the canvas, a top level HW like Stiverne will keep him there for a long time.

Well, if Stiverne uses his lay against the ropes defense, he's gonna get KOd.

He needs to throw that jab early and put Wilder on the backfoot.

If he can get Wilder moving backwards, winning rds, perhaps he can lure Wilder into range after a couple rds and drill him with something that will end it.:think

I think Wilder is wide open for counters. One counter right hand by Stiverne should do it.

Also, Firtha had success against Wilder by just bum rushing him.

If Stiverne tries to fight off the ropes as much as he did vs areola ii, he might be in for a big surprise. If he boxes smart he should be able to ko wilder tho.

    Yup....:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

Sadly for the Wilder haterz, myself included, the wrong guy won those fights.

Arreola would absolutely mop the floor with Wilder. It would be a perfect duplicate of the Mitchell affair.

Sadly, Arreolas chin was cracked by Molina, and hasnt healed otherwise, Arreola would be WBC titlist, and he'd already have disposed of Wilder, and likely Jennings as well.

Jennings best route is to take on Chaggy and get a mandatory vs Wlad after defending in $$$$ fights vs Briggs, Cunningham, and Adamek. :think

I wouldn't call what Firtha did a success. He only landed a jab that caught Wilder off-balance and a right hand that didn't even wobble Wilder in the 1st round. His bum rush wasn't even that effective.

He got pummeled really bad against Wilder.

As for Stiverne's tactic against Wilder, he should aim for his body alot and not sit on the ropes too much.

A lot of good ****ysis here.

I do think Stiverne will fight an inside fight and will try to land some solid body shots as Wilder has a long frame. This will tire DW out and after 7 or 8 rounds Stiverne will try to attack (if he isn't too tired himself).

I actually think Jennings would give Arreola, Stiverne, and Wilder boxing lessons.

We talk a lot about Wilder's chin. Question really also is Stiverne's chin. He look pretty short with a thick leg and big legs, indicating decent punch resistance. If he can take Wilders punches for a couple rounds and weather the storm I think he could start to stalk and hunt down Wilder in the 2nd half.

Firtha did more than just land the jab. He put pressure on him, had him on the ropes a few times, he even had him turned around and prone against the ropes but didn't capitalise on it, a better fighter would have really punished Wilder for being so out of position on the ropes.

But as soon as Firta stopped rushing forward, Wilder landed a big left, right. That made Firtha hesitate and then try and get in and out instead of keeping the pressure on. That allowed Wilder the room to work and land his shots. Had Firtha been in better shape and been able to keep the pressure on like he did in the early part of the first round he could have made Wilder look a lot worse than he did.

Even if he didn't have that much success, Firtha still showed that Wilder doesn't look good on the back foot.

Jennings is a great boxer puncher for sure. A sortof modern day version of Holyfield, but he showed vs Tupou, that he can be hurt, and he lacks that chin.

I think a focused, in shape, Arreola would find that chin and stop Jennings.
Although I do think that Jennings has enough power and definitely good enough defense to get inside and beat Wilder by KO.

    Stiverne.......IDK.....it'd be a tossup for sure IMO.:think

I would favor Jennings, but Stiverne would have a good puncher's chance. He showed in the Arreola fight that he has one punch KO power.

Stiverne has great power and is a good counter puncher. If Wilder had defense he could win, but he doesn't.

The Bronze Bomber is going to bomb him out of the ring.
