It comes right at the bottom of my stomach and around my pelvis area. Usually it comes towards the end of the run, but last night it came just after I started.

    I'm wondering if I'm developing a hernia?

Or are my stomach muscles just getting cramps?

I've been running for years and had no pains in my stomach at all until now.

Nobody can diagnose your problem on an Internet forum. If the pain is that serious go see a doctor.

And? It could be serious, it could nothing, but you're prepared to take the word of someone on an Internet forum when it comes to your own health? That's just stupid.

Again - Nobody can diagnose your problem on an Internet forum. If the pain is that serious go see a doctor.

how do i know if it's that serious? it could be fatal it could be a twinge.

someone on here could have had the same symptoms and know what it is, it could be a common problem with training.

if you have nothing constructive to say, go and have a wank instead.

Happens to me at the end of a run. I'm not sure Im getting used to telling myself its all in my head. It feels like I need to take a **** but if I push its always been gas, or nothing

Exactly. And nobody in here could tell you that either. That's why you go to a doctor...

This isn't about training, it's about your own personal health.

    Grow up.

i also had some pain on the stomach area while i'm in the peak phase of my training for a half-marathon before. i did go to the doctor because it might have something to do with my liver or any organs. the doctor's assessment was right. checked them by ultrasound and all of them are just ok. i just overworked and strained my stomach muscles. also i have been running for 6 motnhs already when it first happened.

but it's still best if you would still consult your doctor.

Too much hate? :think I told you to go see a doctor, how is that not constructive?

So far you've been told it could be cramp, you've eaten too much, you need the toilet or it could be gas. Which are you going to choose to believe this problem is? :think
