I do know and i feel that castillo was robbed, im not anti-castillo. but im tired of hearing how "this next fighter is going to the fighter to use pressure to beat Mayweather"

Any good smart pressure fight can beat Mayweather. You have to pick your spots with but Mayweather ducked of the main ones and his name is Cotto.

seems logical to me being that Castillo "beat" Mayweather the first time they fought. so who else would they compare PBF opponents to since no one else has beat Floyd?
I could see comparisons to DLH, since he came very close in that SD.

That's bull****. He's proven that he's definitely at risk when he bangs, whereas he excels at applying subtle pressure and landing on his opponents on the move.

Hes a good pressure fighter but he lacks the chin to be able to sustain enough pressure on Mayweather. I don't see Cotto beating Mayweather at all and I don't understand how other people can see it.

Great body puncher with a sick jab are the things you need to beat Mayweather and Cotto has both.

I've never seen it either. I can understand how people thought Cotto was the next logical/deserving opponent, but he was always a heavy underdog to Mayweather, IMO.

I doubt his jab is better than Oscars. He is a great body puncher but that means taking risks and with his chin he is likely to take too much damage coming in.

Not saying he is weak-chinned just that its not strong enough to take punches all fight long even from a non-heavy puncher.

Mayweather would counter Cotto to a mid round stoppage. In fact, Cotto doesn't last as long as Hatton did. Cotto gives up too much speed, creates too many countering opportunities and his chin just doesn't stand up to Mayweather's sharp, precise counter shots. If Mayweather plays it extremely safe, Cotto lasts into the late rounds. Mayweather is too smart to turn the fight into a pissing contest and will have no problem hearing the boobirds sing while pitching a shutout on the cards.
