Baldo was full time commited to boxing. He was given an opportunity to fight for the Lineal Championship, you think he decided to sell dusters in his spare time for such a chance at his success? You seem to "guess" what he did with his time.

You are the one who compared KO ratios between the two like if KO ratios mean something.

I didn't mention anything about one being in the prime and one being old.

The old fighter won the undisputed and lineal championship. While the prime one hasen't even come close to that.

BS offer. It's common knowledge that Floyd was looking for a new opponent when Judah lost to Baldomir.

Arum and Margo did re offer the fight to him with contract ties. They also offered the fight while Floyd was injured.

    THERE was no contract ties..lol.....

Arum and MArgo had a PPV date set aside.... PLENTY of time for the fight and FloydS injury to heal.. not only that the fight was offered at three differnt times so, injury isnt an excuse..

Baldo said in the COUNTDOWN what he was doing and when he was selling feather dusters..

Margo was turned down for the chance tO win the lineal title, BAldo was given the chance as a tune up..so even mentioning that shows either your lack of knowledge or how much of a fan boy you are..

REAL fans and THE boxing community know the real deal. You canT have but so many excuses ....until you run out AND then RETIRE...........

Yes there was. Arum was going to give 8 million to Floyd against Margo but would only offer 6/7 million for Hatton,Cotto,Mosley. (Why do you think Floyd bought his contract out).

The fight was offered 3 different times?:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Baldomir stated this is what he did before to help his family in every way possible.

Baldomir was given the chance because he was a mando. Something Margo decided to not do for some reason. He continued to hold on to his WBogus belt.

Margo also lost a big step after he lost to Paul Williams.

Arum was giving Floyd 8 mil cuz there was going to be a 90/10 split of the purse..Margo wasnt asking for much, just the oopurtunity..

Floyd was offered career paydays to fight Marg when he started his campain at 147, three different times.....he chose Mitchell, then Judah (for less money) instead of figting Margo...so you can  all you want, just shows how much you dont know OR how bias you are since you wanan bring up that BS offer apparently made to MArgo ..lol......

call it WBogus all you want.. SSM was his mando and turned it down claimin ghe wasnt ready....the only thing BOGUS is Floyds excuses not to fight Tony or Cotto..

now that Tony stopped Cotto..PBF is SILENT......... :deal

    3 different times?

So now you are bashing Floyd for not jumping straight up to fight Margo in his first fight at 147 (even though there was no offer). Yet you talk about how great Margo is and how dangerous he is. Yet you expect Floyd to move into his 4th weight class and instantly fight Margo? Such a tool you are.

He choose Mitchell as a warm up.

He choose Judah BECAUSE MARGO AND ARUM TURNED HIM DOWN.

You're the ****ing bias one you stupid ****. :rofl:rofl:rofl You claim he choose Judah over Margo yet Floyd wanted Arum to match him against Margo instead of Judah. You don't even know what you are talking about, you are just spewing **** out of your ass now.

Shane's a ducker. He's ducked a few people now. And he was caught in BALCO, he's nobody at 147, being 37 years old too.

Now that Tony stopped Cotto he's silent?

Has Floyd even said anything after he's stated hes perma retired?

Cotto moved up because he could no longer kill himself to make an UNNATURAL weightclass. Cotto is a natural 147lber. He was able to fight at 140 because he was killing himself to make the weight.

Floyd was testing the weight against Mitchell.

Floyd was looking for a new opponent when Judah lost to Baldomir. Floyd wanted Margo but Arum wouldn't budge him off the less than 25k buys PPV.

    that doesnt make sense...AT ALL..:patsch

Judah lost to Baldo in Jan 06..Margo KTFO GOMEZ 1:14 of the first round in Feb 06.... Arum was promoting both May AND mArgo still..

like I said... DOESNT make sense at all...Why would Margo have to cancel the Gomez fight in order to fight Floyd?? Floyd and Zab didnt fight until April....

guess it sounded goood when someone sold that peice of swamp land to you....

Margs throws about 50-60 more punches a round then Baldomir has better power and applies much more pressure has a better chin physicaly stronger
much more determined works the body better.

    I dont see the comparison

this is why I started the thread.

" Antonio Margarito is a much more realistic fight because he is incredibly predictable and slower but the problem is the same problem we saw Miguel Cotto forced to confront and that is the CONSTANT pressure. Floyd might end up in another fight like the first Castillo fight but this time with a bigger stronger foe"

the same thing was said in the run up to the Mayweather-DLH and Mayweather-Hatton fights and im tired of hearing uncreative journalists repeat themselves
