Let's take a look at the fights behind him, and the big fight ahead.

In his last 3 fights, Fury has taken on Wilder, Wilder again, and Whyte:

Fury-Wilder II was a massive risk fight for Fury in taking on the undefeated puncher in Wilder. Wilder was a top 2 HW at the time.

Fury-Wilder III favors Fury, but Wilder can never be counted out, and at this point is still regarded as a top 3 HW. His performance in the fight showed that he was the best HW on the scene Fury could have fought not named Usyk.

Fury-Whyte is a victory lap fight against a man Fury and Wilder have both been accused of ducking. A long time top 5 HW who many called the dark horse of the division. It's a solid fight and a solid win. Definitely a risk in this fight.

That's an excellent past 3 opponents. There are no Pulev's, no Takam's, and no 300lb Andy Ruiz Jr's.

Given Fury's history as a bipolar degenerate coke/booze/food junkie, if the fans want to see what appears to be a generational HW fight, they should want to see Fury fighting ANYONE so he remains in training. I don't care if it's Manny Charr, just don't fall into the abyss again.

As far as Joshua, Fury is just using his name for publicity, and if you care what Fury says about the future then the joke is on you. Joshua doesn't deserve ****. He's won 2 of his last 5 fights while having every possible advantage outside the ring. He's the most privileged boxer this sport has ever seen, and he can fight a contender to get his status back like Wilder is doing.

Usyk-Fury is the fight. This is the historical clash that will forge undeniable greatness in one of them. Stop paying attention to Fury and your life will be better. Look at what he has done, and not what he says he will do.

I'm not against Fury staying busy, it's how he's staying busy.

Snorting god knows what at boxing matches, talking crap on social media, and potentially fighting an absolute nobody so he can not bother training and still win.

If he fights Charr he will lose a lot of respect.

When you are a champion you should not have soft touch after a soft touch, after another and another. He last fight in April, he doesn't need soft touch or warm up fight. A true Champion should fight the best. The guy is a FRAUD and it's scared to fight even top 15 guy from WBC ranking.
It's not just the AJ fight. If he wants an easy voluntary, then have one, choose from the top 15 fighters, and do it. Char is not even top 50. He is probably outside of top 100. This is how bad he is.
Let alone that there is a lot of top dogs, that Champion should try and chase good resume.

Champion should fight someone in top 15. period. if you are a boxing fan and not a fanboy, you should agree and complain as it is bad for boxing.

Yeah he should look and try to actually made the biggest possible fights. The best available, against the best available opponents.
Looking at the WBC top 15, he will either fight Chisora or Efe Ajagba. He won't dare facing anyone else. Maybe rematching Otto Wallin. :D

Why the mention of Champions fighting top 15 fighters and not top 10 fighters ? Is that because 4 belt Joshua cherry picked Ruiz when he was ranked 15 and then rose in the rankings as soon as the fight was announced ? It didn’t matter anyway as the records show .

Read the OP dummy. Fury has taken on 3 strong opponents in a row. This isn't soft touch after soft touch. Fury fully intends to take on his #1 competition, which is Usyk.

Fury has historically taken on the #1 guy with mediocre fights in between. Were you applauding AJ-Pulev? There's no difference between a #15 fighter and a #50 fighter for Fury at this point in his career. It's Usyk and legacy or bust.

I miss the days when some real champs would tale 3-4 tough fights in a row. Wasn't even that long ago that was still common. Now....one, two tough fights and a year off with a gimme as the return bout....

Fury is playing simpletons to increase his audience and fortune. All great athletes and politicians do this. Stop letting another man wind you up so easily.

Did you get mad at Floyd when he said he was going to stand in the pocket and trade then backed up for 36 minutes?

Maybe you should read the rules dummy? You can have a voluntary defense against top 15 ranked guy in the organization. Char is 50+ if not worsts.
Which are this 3 strong opponents in a row ? Facing the same guy over and over again in Wilder? Or Whyte who yeah was 100% solid opponent back in the day, when he had his chin and durability, but not when he was KOed brutally 1 match prior to Fury fight. Still i rate that win for Fury, good on him.

But Wilder was never top 2 in the division. The guy is an overhyped bum, and i have claimed that from my first moment on here, which can be checked. Anyway good win for Fury, no doubt, but that still doesn't excuse him fighting guys like Charr or Chisora.

And there is no guarantee that Fury will fight Usyk next, none. He already ducked that fight in the past.

As far as AJ. Pulev was solid opponent, and was top 10 in his whole career. He was past his prime, but come in a great shape, which can be seen in his body, as he was always puffy, but come very ripped from that fight. Pulev is also iron chinned guy that have lost only to Klitschko prior. Same for Povetkin when faced AJ. Whyte and Parker was young, fresh, hungry, undefeated lions.

On top of that Pulev was mandatory. Ruiz was late replacement. Takam was late replacement, still all of this names are going to be in Fury top 5 opponents in his resume, which really tells you the whole story.

Even f***** Takam will be in there.
    Klitschko
    Wilder
    Whyte
    Chisora
    Takam

Povetkin, Ruiz or Parker would be in front of Whyte for sure. Pulev would be either 3rd or 4th.

YDKSAB and are a blind fanboy to Anthony "Hip Hip Hooray" "3 losses" Joshua. I'm sure you think Joshua STILL has the best resume in the division and that Joshua beat the better version of Klitschko. Stop polluting the forum with your incoherent nonsense.
