Here it is the know alls arguing about knowing it all.

Eat well sleep well train hard do stretching, have massages.

what suits one doesn't suit all, there is a basic fundamental to everything how you build on that is down to individuals and how there body responds.

There's also basic fundamental physiological, biomechanical and motor learning principles that apply to 100% of people. You can't even use 'their' in its correct context, dumbass. STFU because you're not adding anything to this conversation.

S**** is a complete bull****ter he preaches that by switching to south it will even the less dominate eye making it dominate, no science behind that. Then he'll deny everything he said previously. But there are ppl looking for quacks and I'm not willing to make them part of the conversation. The question is how does one produce 35% less lactic acid, it's absurd. Don't fall for the misunderstood genius routine.

It produces 35% more lactic than overground running not less, for the same heart rate. Like as I have giving clues, anybody who understands Physiology should be able to work it out :D. Or maybe not. Plus you have a memory that tells lies. :D

Seeing you havent got one statement right, why do you think it produces 35% more lactic, you must have a theory, love to hear it.

Wouldn't it be a good thing to produce less lactic-acid as possible when working out, though?

no it wouldnt, means youre not working very hard, plus it wont help increase your lactic threshold, consequently your fitness strength. Its a strange one, the silly thing, its so left field its hard for conventional thought process,. It baffled me at first to understand, but results dont lie. Why does it happen any ideas.

Largely comes down to the bodies ability to absorb more oxygen and the way to do this is through a vegan diet to help clear out arteries and bile ducts. Mike Tyson said that when he went vegan he dropped a hundred pounds and he was able to consume oxygen thoroughly.
