I'll be going to major health convention next month that has a series of lectures that lasts a whole in convention centre usually attracts 5-10 thousand people per year. At this convention the big wig researchers are there plus athletes.
S**** I've going to this convention for 25 years and it always comes down to potatoes that positively affects the glycemic levels. Hans Diel from the Netherlands a leading researcher in VO2 Max has advocated potatoes, Dr Allan Handysides who worked South African rugby team and Olympians says to eat potatoes, Dr. James Hii who worked the Canadian national teams says to eat potatoes, Dr. Nell Needley from the U.S tells football players to eat potatoes the list goes on. Finally Lance Armstrong eats potatoes to low his lactic acid threshold it all has to do with glycogen.
Independent mma its called. Vlad Goldstein "is/used" to be my teacher. I have a pattern of attending classes 3 monthes at a time. 3 monthes I go 2-3 times a week, then I take 3 monthes off (due to school + work+ my parents)
no I dont. I had/have the opportunity to compete in mma and boxing but my parents would disown me (uncle was a boxer his nose is all busted up so my mom has a strict policy). Do you know anything about boxing in Alberta?
