    See this is what I mean people, it's impossible to get any sort of answer or explanation out of this guy. Just another vague allusion and another "Oh I work with universities and the top boxers and I helped a kid walk and I have something gimmicky to sell". It's funny that you always bring up your apparent university association and yet you have no respect for the scientific method and your common 'insult' to me is that I read too much.

    Most of his responses are filled with meaningless words that can't be understood. There's almost a childhood like silliness as well.

    He told me a lot of **** like team Canada boxing asked him to be the Olympic coach while he's from England. Brian Zelley a top official with boxing Canada, himself from England but transplanted to Canada said that he had no idea who Howard Rainey was and Brian goes back to the 50's. Fact is s**** lies every-time he opens his mouth. Only an idiot like ant-man defends him.

    Dealt_with 2-3 years ago we had this conversation between s**** and myself. For 7 years as the story goes. s**** worked for a surgeon who believes that pressure on the spine is bad, because of the compression on the spine. Further the tendons in the spine can't be strengthened with weights it can only be strengthened by stretches.the theory gets even more bizarre theses tendons are connected to the toes and if the toes aren't "curled" forward properly over a bosu ball the hips will become tight. Curling the toes forward cures a faulty gait.

    Central heating in the brain can be regulated with cardio as long as there's no pressure on the spine which effect VO2 Max wtf? Inorder to improve VO2 Max one must run on their back. Lastly the spine mustn't curl forward inorder to maintain alignment with the coccyx.

    Thanks for sharing. Truly bizarre and idiotic. Sounds like something a naturopath/chiropractor/quack might come up with during an LSD trip.
    A complete lack of understanding of how the human body works.

    I dont ever remember saying that, because i dont believe it. You are making it up :rofl. I was mentored by a guy who was consultant to the Royal family an Ostiopath.Lucky me.

    Thats it Head lecturer at Harvard for 10 year, invented the protocol for keyhole knee surgery, wonderful man. It was He who explained that thing about the eyes to me.

    S**** explain to us this thing about 35% less lactic acid! Last time we talked you were against weights that compressed the spin?plus you told me that weights don't improve strength only stretches do. A female athlete was brought into you with a gait and was cured by your toe stretches over the bosu ball.
