its a disgrace that this is on PPV. however anyone who's a die-hard will be watching weather some go over to a mates house or buy the PPV we'll all be watching so STOP with this boycott nonsense because weather khan is facing Pacquiao or Limond he's never in a bad fight

Streams are free and I've got my computer hooked up to my 37" TV. Its not a bad way to watch a fight TBH.

    What a vital thread.

So, you speak for yourself there. I'll be watching it through stream by neccessity, and I'm sure many others will anyway.

Nah, the frame rate is usually fine and the picture quality is (at a rough guess) about the same as the old VHS video tape. I pay a little extra for membership of a site rather than take pot luck with Sopcast.

You'd think a national paper would reveal the truth about Khan and the exploitation behind the PPV deal to the public. I remember a mate of mine finding out circa 2002 that a guy called Kostya Tszyu from the back of beyind was actually the real world champion, and not Hatton (who had the famed WBU title at the time). I think it was an article in Daily mail or some such that gave up the ghost.

Me and me mate are going halfs.

I hate the guy but i will watch his fights because i want to see him lose, its like Naz and Eubank alot of people watched their respective fights because they wanted to see them defeated.

Although Khan is waaaaaay off their status:good

P.S. Im not saying it should be on PPV, its a disgrace that it is.

Its easier to get a TV that takes VGA input and then just buy a lead. I got a small bonus from work a few months back, decided to treat myself to a new Tele and figured I'd pay a little extra get one with the VGA to watch the footie and boxing streams.

Yet you are still paying for it. If you cough up this time, you are giving Sky the thumbs up to carry on charging for these not so big fights.

If people want to fork out for this fight, fair enough, but don't moan about it as well.

    Exactly.

What incentive will there be for Sky, Warren & Co to reconsider the situation if even hardcore boxing fans on here are willing to shell out for it.

If this PPV is a success (despite the widespread criticism) those who bought into it can't really complain if we are then served up more of the same.

I don't think you understand the principle behind the whole thing if I'm being honest.

Not a lot of money to me, to be fair

But I probably won't buy it

I'm actually in a quandary because I'll probably be indoors, missus in bed, I'd like to watch it - and it's not a fortune. Less than going to the pub for an hour or two.

But it IS a **** take

I'm starting to waver, I can acquire it from other sources the next morning I guess

'Won't know until the time' is my final answer
