Stop saying Oscar lost because of weight drain!

    This is ridiculous. Still today many people saying Oscar was weak due to the weight and even a new article written on this site today had talk of a rematch, and others saying what if the fight took place at 154? Please! Oscar was the one who pursued the fight at 147. How about all this talk about him saying he was IN THE BEST SHAPE IN HIS LIFE? He even said he could go DOWN TO 140!!! Lets give Pac his due credit. He beat one of the best fighters of our generation and having only fought once at lightweight, he jumped two divisions. I know he got paid lots of money, but the guy has huge balls.

    Tell Freddy to stop saying that then, I mean here is a post fight video of Freddy saying Oscar was weight drained, How is it that the corner man of Manny Pacquiao is telling it the way it is, and suddenly there is no truth to it???

    He was weight drained. Floyd sr. said it himself and it was obvious to everyone. DLH looked sick.

    Ok but before the fight Oscar NEVER claimed he was weight drained and said continuously he was in the best shape of his life. And willing to go down to 140?

    Please. Give me a break.

    Honestly watch that video you have Mannys trainer saying Oscar was weight drained, stop being a ****ing ***** everybody who knows boxing knows what Happend to Oscar Saturday

    You would have to be a complete idiot to not see thats a huge reason why he lost. Remember Roach saying before the fight Oscar could only put on 2 pounds because hes beeing starving himself for weeks now to the point that where he tries to eat to recover his stomach will get very full on small amounts. Roach knows because hes been there as a fighter and a trainer and I know this from my own personal experience in my last Amateur fight although I was facing a complete POS so I pulled out a win anyway.

    well guy, what do you expect oscar to say? in order to sell the fight and make it credible that he actually wanted to be there, he had to say he was in the been in the best shape of his fighting career. we know it's a crock of **** though.

    it's just like when tyson said he was hungry and was serious his last couple of fights, yet he quit 3 minutes in.

    Yeah everyone knows what happens buddy. Your boy Oscar was embarrassed by a 105 pounder midget. That's what happened. He might have been weak from the weight but who was the one who decided he should fight at that weight? Why didn't he say anything? Was he LYING then when he claimed he felt better than ever? He said he was willing to go down to 140. The facts are there .

    Boxers say these things for marketing and confidence. Imagine Oscar being interviewed:

    Interviewer: So, how do you feel towards the fight tomorrow night?
    Oscar: Actually, I've struggle to make the weight and I don't feel right. There's no way I'll be myself and Manny will be able to take advantage.

    doesnt Oscar always say that he's in the best shape of his life? he also said that it wasnt him in the fishnet pics. :lol:

    Delahoya was weight drained in the fight and youre right to say that it was his fault for wanting to even out their sizes.

    I agree guys, Obviously Oscar said those things to market the fight but let's give Pac Man his due credit. That's my point. Most of the people here said Oscar would knock Manny the **** out and never cited any concerns about weight drain, but when Oscar lost they jumped out and said : "Ohhhh it doesn't count, Oscar came in too weak.". Well it was HIS own fault then. He should have tried to fight at 154 instead and not be such a liar as always.
