  1. Here's mine..

Ok, So tonight I went to my local to watch brook/macklin as I don't have ss at the moment. Just as the macklin fight comes on A right pair of noddy's come sit next to me.. One looks like Enzo Calzaghe.. the other sounds like richie Woodhall.
They know everything about boxing.. The one reckons Macklin won every round..Lennox lewis got out at the right time (when he was undefeated apparently).. blah blah the usual ****.. Maklin should of won as he 'played' better...

Macklin fight finishes and just as i'm about to leave sky show a replay of the haye v valuev fight.. One of them jumps up and is like 'omg I thought this was next week' Just as I was about to put him right... I decided to play along.. One of them pointed out that Valuev had his name down the side of his shorts.. I told him it was his sponsor.. He repeatedly calls him David Haines.. and then says 'millions of people will miss this'... It was ****in hilarious.

I've never been so tempted to have a bet in my life.. Even the girlfriend next to me is in stitches..

    that's a great story!

Should have had a bet with them. They deserved to lose their money for their ignorance !

  5. Lol.. They kept saying 'I can't understand why they've brought this forward...'

Don't blame you. I'm all for lads getting into sport but when they start spouting crap and stupidness i can't bare it. Hard to bite lip as well when you know there badly badly wrong.

I got one mate who would rather pay £15 to watch Wrestlemania then Boxing PPV cos the main event might be over in 30 seconds..

i'd happily pay £15 for some of them to f@@k off and watch wrestlemania, and leave me to enjoy, i just can't bare to be in the same room,,,aaah boxing snobbery -i love it!

  10. Yea i'm the same.. I'd rather watch it on my own.. Everyone else I know doesn't have a big enough interest. When they start talking it winds me up!

An Aberdeen taxi driver told me john Murray had stolen McAllisters chance at Pacquaio away from him, but he was confident either would beat him...I couldnt be bothered to reply :verysad

Also a guy in the casino before Pacquaio Dela Hoya, told me Pac would win because Dela Hoya was a nobody. He was so smug when Dela hoya won
