    I think it is good, that some people like us want to help. And add to eastsideboxing, that's what this is all about.

    I will have updates every 1- 2 weeks. Its not really a ask me a question thread. I put the article/information up, people will read it, and hopefully take something positive away from it.

    mr kool when are you going to break down conditioning, and what do you think of mixing oats with protein shakes?

    Alright, next week Conditioning will be the Main topic. And i already told you about Oats with Protien through PM. Oats are complex Carbs and Protein, with fatty acids and Minerals "help recovery", its really good stuff etc. By Mixing it with Protein you are creating a good recovery drink, because you have your Complex Carbs and Protien.

    Oats is really good stuff.

    At training, gaffer always goes on about rolled oats! What the **** is that?
