Thanks I think it is good, that some people like us want to help. And add to eastsideboxing, that's what this is all about. I will have updates every 1- 2 weeks. Alright, next week Conditioning will be the Main topic. And i already told you about Oats with Protien through PM. Oats are complex Carbs and Protein, with fatty acids and Minerals "help recovery", its really good stuff etc. By Mixing it with Protein you are creating a good recovery drink, because you have your Complex Carbs and Protien. Oats is really good stuff.
